Contrary to what many may think, social media is not only for younger people. AARP’s social networking platform has 350,000 users in 1,700 groups. The fastest growing group on Facebook are women over 55 (Spring, 2009). In fact, there are more users on Facebook who are 45-65 years old than those who are 13-17.

Indeed, we’ve used Sparking to bring in as many as 800 visitors a month to the landing pages we’ve created for Del Webb. (Landing pages are special web pages used to track traffic and gather statistics.) That’s a lot of savvy and wired boomers.

How does it work? Quite simply, our team works with you to develop, manage and either create or help create content to fuel the entire Sparking process for your company. We’ll do this either on an à la carte basis, depending on which services you need, or manage the entire process from beginning to end. We stay on top of advancements in technology so you aren’t left behind with our monthly internal technology meetings. Then each month we report back to you, in detail, with what worked and what didn’t. Finally, we develop strategy for the following month to build on our successes and improve efficiency.
